ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. EVOLVE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or events beyond our control.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to select international destinations.

International orders typically arrive within 10–25 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. EVOLVE is not responsible for customs delays.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

EVOLVE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. EVOLVE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
